When will my order be despatched?You will see predicted despatch times on each product page within the ‘shipping and returns’ details. The expected despatch date for your order is also confirmed on the checkout page. The 'ships within' period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine this despatch date. Please Note: “Due to the impact of social distancing measures in our workshop, we are experiencing slightly extended delivery times. Rest assured we're working extremely hard, and safely, to get your order to you as soon as possible.

What are your delivery costs?Standard UK delivery costs for our art is £8.95, shipped with our delivery partners.

I’ve not received an order confirmation email?You should receive an order confirmation email once you have competed your order, It’s advisable to take a note you’re order number and email address as this will help with your enquiry. Helpful hint – sometimes emails can be in spam or junk folders please check there before contacting us. We recommend you add no-reply@my.store-emails.com to your email safe list to prevent future emails missing your inbox.

Change I change my delivery date after I order?All orders are processed in order of confirmation date. Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to amend production dates on any order, either bringing dates forward or delaying them to a later date.

What are your payment options?We will take payment on despatch of your order.

Can I create a wishlist?Yes. Once you have created your ApolloArt account you can simply click on the heart icon that is located on every product page, to the right of the ‘Add to Cart” button. This will then add the art to your wish list. Your Wishlist is always accessible from the footer of our website, allowing you to view your favourite art at any time you are logged into ApolloArt. (Click the login button, found on the footer or our website. If you are already logged in, you will see your user name next to a bell icon, where you can access your account.) If you do not have an account with us when you attempt to wish list a product, you will be prompted to create one. Once your account is created, you will receive a welcome email from us.

Do you sell prints only?Yes, we sell both framed and unframed prints. Most of our prints can be selected unframed and are available in two sizes. While we do sell prints without a frame – Art is enhanced by the addition of a quality frame, drawing in the viewers eye and also protecting your art for many years to come, so we always suggest selecting one of our high-quality frames when purchasing your print.

In addition to standard shipping, do you want to offer express shipping or overnight shipping?"We do not offer express shipping at this time. Our products are hand made to order – so please expect a shipping time of between 7 and 10 days.
