We aim to ship all products within 10 days of receiving the order and ship via a UK courier service with a standard cost of £8.95, print only are shipped via royal mail at a cost of £3.95.
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of a product then we will contact you are soon as possible.
If you need faster shipping time then please send us a message via our contact us form and we will endeavour to meet your requirements, please note additional fees may apply.
Returns
ApolloArt offer a no quibble returns policy

Please complete a returns request from our, contact us page stating your order number and the reason for your return, within 14 days of receiving the order

Once we receive your request, we'll send instructions on how to return your order

Please repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in. The return must be shipped back within 14 days. We recommend using a signed for courier.

Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs
