How to keep art as good as new

Updated: May 16, 2021

High-quality acrylic glazing is used on all our frames. Acrylic glazing is more robust and shatter-resistant than glass. It preserves your artwork, offering 92% clarity and 90% UV protection, keeping the print protected for many years to come.

Excessive heat or excessive cold will damage both the frame and artwork. To ensure your artwork remains as good as new, avoid hanging near radiators or a boiler.

Avoid hanging hang your art in areas that are prone to direct sunlight or are flooded with a lot of light.

It is best practice to avoid hanging the print in a bathroom where evaporation and condensation may ruin the print and frame.

Protect children from the hard edges of frames. Ensure the frame is securely hung on a wall and above the height of the children.
